We record a public notice in county records that is visible to all parties involved in a transaction (buyers, lenders, banks, brokers, and title professionals). It shows that the property is protected and cannot move forward without verified owner approval.

Lock
The recorded notice includes a QR code that anyone can scan to instantly see whether the property is locked or unlocked. By default, your property is in Locked status. Our system maintains this state until you explicitly authorize a change.

Block
Any attempt to sell, refinance, transfer, or rent your property hits a hard verification requirement tied directly to that recorded public notice.

Approve
You get a verification request and choose: Approve (only when it’s you) or Deny (if it’s not you). You are the only person who can unlock your title.
